Spinal Energetics combined with my Vocal Sound Healing has the ability to create flow and connection.
Life happens, and sometimes this results in our human experience being set at ‘stuck’ - mode.
We need to change and grow, but for various reasons aren’t able to make the changes we need to.
We need to somehow accept what we can’t change,
while at the same time do our best to flow both with our own needs and what’s on the menu from the universe,
in this lifetime.
But often, when it is time to change and grow, our nervous system prefers to hold onto its old perspectives,
because it is familiar. Maybe it’s even in ‘protection’-mode.
Add all the demands of modern life on top of this,
and it can seem daunting to even make the slightest attempt at growing and changing.
But being stuck like this can eventually create pain, confusion and a feeling of lack of energy.

I serve the New York community with Spinal Energetics and Vocal Sound Healing.
This means that I get to experience the gift of connection and liberation of energy, daily.
Think of the feeling you have when stuck in a subway train that ‘will be moving shortly…’
- - it is extremely frustrating if you need to get somewhere fast.
As soon as the train moves there is a feeling of freedom and liberation; you are back on the flow.
This is the feeling we are aiming for in Seena Energetics.
It’s effortless and comes naturally to us the more we practice training ourselves
and our nervous system to its optimal energetic awareness and strategies.
The more you become aware of your current energetic state and strategies,
the more you will be able to cue yourself and your body to choose better;
When you are naturally more at ease, with less tension and more connection,
it is easier to notice when you go unconscious and tense up.
