What I learned from Daskalos in Cyprus
Seena and Panayiota Atteshlis
…And how I use it to help people go beyond healing.
Because of my hunger to help maximize my own and others potential,
I’ve prioritized training with some of the most respected masters and mystics all over the world.
The only one I wasn’t able to learn from in the flesh, because he passed years ago, was Daskalos.
Fortunately I was able to learn his teachings directly from his daughter Panayiota Atteshlis, in Cyprus.
Daskalos, whos real name was Styllianos Atteshlis, was a Greek-Cypriot healer and mystic that helped thousands of people heal.
The word Daskalos, which means teacher in Greek,
was his preferred nickname, as he also offered any sincere student insights into his vast mystical knowledge.
In my opinion, one of the most important messages of Daskalos when it comes to spiritual- and self-development work
was that you have to experience something for yourself to really know it.
Like he used to say; The only way to truly know salt is to actually taste it.
The more direct experiences we have ourselves,
and the more we choose to use those experiences to evolve our consciousness,
the more we are able to recognize that truth is a many sided diamond.
This is also why Daskalos’ study groups are called Researchers of Truth.
We can never assume that we are the authority on what is true for someone else.
And we should never take any teacher’s or guru’s word for anything energetic and spiritual
— we need to experience it ourselves to that know that it is true.
How does this apply to healing and energy work? One answer is: practice.
The first step of healing is to become aware of patterns that to longer serve us.
But going beyond healing is equally as important. This is where practice comes in.
Carving out time to actually do spiritual exercises
and then coming into direct contact with other perspectives than we may have known before.
Taking care of our vehicle in this dimension, our body, with wellness-promoting choices.
Not just reading books or watching TikToks about something.
In sessions with me at Seena Energetics, this translates into focused consciousness work.
One of the most important tools we have is our focus. I use my own focus to help people,
and I also teach whoever comes to me focus-exercises from the teachings of Daskalos,
which help anchor beneficial energetic structures in the energy body and field.
The latter is a direct experience practice.
When we combine these practices with my offering of Spinal Energetics, Somatic Energy Healing and Network Spinal refinements,
the end result is a balanced and tension free body and energy field.
When we have a balanced and tension free body and energy field, we can evolve with more ease and less suffering.
We can share more of our true gifts and what we really came here to do.
To experience how I apply the teachings of Daskalos
alongside Spinal Energetics, Somatic Energy Healing and Network Spinal elements,
book a remote session, or an in-person session.
